Purpose and scope
Cozy Sleep System Corp is a Delaware C corporation developing the Somnara Aura™ bedside sleep-wellness system, the Clarity by Cozy™ software experience, and the Somnus Institute™ research and professional interface. This page consolidates the principal status statements that apply across those connected experiences.

Product development, testing, and certification
Somnara Aura™ is in development. Published dimensions, performance levels, noise measurements, sensing capabilities, and related specifications are engineering goals unless expressly identified as completed and supported by a published report.
Planned testing or a pending certification is not a completed approval. Cozy maintains a public Testing & Certification Status register and will update it as independent work is completed.

Medical and wellness limitations
Somnara Aura™, Clarity by Cozy™, and their wellness information are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Sleep-stage estimates, environmental context, trends, and audio or lighting controls are not substitutes for clinical evaluation, medical advice, or polysomnography.
Anyone with a suspected sleep disorder, respiratory condition, or other medical concern should consult a qualified healthcare professional rather than rely on the Cozy ecosystem for diagnosis or treatment decisions.

Somnus Institute™ regulatory status
Somnus Institute™ may publish research information and professional collaboration pathways as protocols and partnerships are developed. No content should be interpreted as the availability of a clinical service, medical-device function, active treatment program, or guaranteed study placement.

Research participation and informed consent
Joining the Cozy launch waitlist, requesting product information, purchasing a product, or acknowledging the status of Somnus Institute™ does not enroll anyone in research and is not a substitute for research informed consent.
If a future study becomes available, potential participants will receive separate study-specific information describing eligibility, purpose, procedures, data use, foreseeable risks, potential benefits, access, retention, withdrawal, oversight, and contact channels before deciding whether to participate.

Privacy, data separation, and user choice
Marketing permission, product accounts, wellness data, and research consent are distinct decisions. A user may join the waitlist without enrolling in research, and declining a future study does not remove access to standard product features.
The Privacy Policy describes current website and service data practices. Any future research protocol will provide its own more specific data-use and withdrawal terms before enrollment.

Reservations, payments, and subscriptions
The $49 Somnara Aura™ reservation is a fully refundable deposit before shipment and is not payment for medical care, research participation, or a diagnostic service. Product availability, estimated timing, current MSRP, refund procedures, and subscription pricing are stated on the Shop page and governed by the Terms of Service.
