When will the Somnara Aura™ be available?
The product remains in engineering development. Firm purchase and delivery timing will be announced when reliable information becomes available; waitlist members and reservation holders will receive updates.
Is my deposit refundable?
Yes — your $25 reservation deposit is fully refundable at any time before your unit ships. Contact hello@cozysleepsystem.com; approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of the cancellation request.
What payment methods do you accept?
The $25 refundable reservation can be paid by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, or eligible Cash App Pay through Stripe, plus PayPal or eligible Venmo. Availability depends on the customer, device, browser, region, and provider. No full product purchase is offered on this site while engineering development continues.
What happens after I reserve?
Stripe card, wallet, and eligible Cash App reservations are confirmed after Stripe reports a successful $25 payment. Embedded PayPal and Venmo reservations are confirmed after Cozy's server verifies PayPal's completed $25 capture. Payments made through the earlier PayPal link use the separate transaction-ID verification page. We'll send engineering, testing, and availability updates as reliable information becomes available.
How do Nocelle™ Scent Pods work?
Nocelle™ Scent Pods are being designed for use with Somnara Aura™. Adaptive intensity remains an engineering target pending validation. The target retail price is $15.99 per pod. A discounted subscription is planned, with pricing to be announced before enrollment opens; pods are not yet available for purchase or subscription.
How often do filters need replacing?
The current replacement-interval design target is approximately nine months under typical conditions. The replacement filter target price is $79. Filters are not yet available for purchase or subscription.
What is Clarity by Cozy™?
Clarity by Cozy™ is the planned companion wellness service. Target terms include six complimentary months with an eligible Aura purchase, followed by $4.99/month or $29.99/year ($49/year per device for multi-device households). These are planning targets and may change before billing is available. EchoLoom™ estimates are not diagnostic.
What audio content is included?
Cozy Airstream Audio™ includes pink, brown, white, and purple noise, nature soundscapes, lullabies, children's stories, guided wind-downs, and breathing sessions through the internal speaker. The library is continuously expanding. Adaptive audio using EchoLoom™ wellness estimates remains a development target pending validation.
Is my sleep data private?
Absolutely. All sleep data is encrypted in transit and at rest. If you opt into research, your data is de-identified using HIPAA Safe Harbor methodology before leaving our secure environment. You can withdraw from research at any time without losing access to any features. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can I use the Aura in my child's room?
The Aura is presented in children’s rooms for air purification and optional audio only. It is not marketed to monitor, assess, or report a child’s sleep. Final whole-device filtration and acoustic performance remain pending independent testing.
What is the return policy after delivery?
We offer a 30-day return window after delivery. Return the Somnara Aura™ in original condition with all accessories, subject to the return conditions in the Terms of Service.
