But Cozy isn't just a product of professional expertise. It's personal. Steven's father, Paul Edward Reed, battled Alzheimer's disease for twelve years. Steven watched a man who had been sharp, capable, and present slowly lose the ability to recognize the people he loved most. Twelve years of gradual decline. Twelve years of a family learning what it means to lose someone who is still there.
When Steven later survived cancer and began researching the science of sleep and air quality, he discovered what peer-reviewed research now confirms: the air you breathe during sleep directly affects your long-term brain health.
